You provide hands-on technical support for network infrastructure and telecommunications systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute hardware tasks including racking, stacking, cabling, and decommissioning network devices.
• Manage physical layer requirements such as patching copper and fiber optic cables and installing power leads.
• Perform troubleshooting via console or remote access, including pinging devices, DNS lookups, and inspecting hardware for failures.
• Provide smarthands support for WiFi, microwave, RF, VSAT, and cellular nodes (4G/5G).
• Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and participate in Root Cause Analysis for post-incident reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting and managing network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in WiFi and IP Telephony (IPT) installation and maintenance.
• Experience with LoRaWAN and cellular-based systems.
• Technical knowledge of radio frequency (RF) equipment and microwave systems.
• Ability to perform IMAC activities for business LAN and voice devices.
• Experience troubleshooting CCTV, PAGA, and intercoms.
• Competency in managing fiber optic and copper cabling installations.
• Ability to deploy and troubleshoot solar panel and battery power systems.
