Description

You will maintain network infrastructure and handle incident response for end-user and telecommunications systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and perform IMAC activities for LAN and voice devices.
• Install, remove, and swap network equipment, patch cables, and power leads.
• Identify network circuits, tag demark locations, and troubleshoot switch port connections.
• Provide smart hands support for WiFi, BLE, microwave, radio, VSAT, cellular, and lpWAN systems.
• Adhere to change management, business continuity, and disaster recovery procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations or infrastructure support.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for ticketing and incident tracking.
• Hands-on experience with WAN infrastructure and cabling.
• Ability to ping key devices and perform DNS lookups.
• Experience installing and maintaining telecommunications hardware (RF, VSAT, Cellular).
• Strong understanding of change management and disaster recovery protocols.
• Ability to collaborate with Design, Engineering, ITOC, and MSP teams.
