Description

You will manage and support network infrastructure and related hardware at site locations in Greeley, CO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute hardware lifecycle tasks including racking, stacking, cabling, and decommissioning of network devices.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance for routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi, and IP Telephony.
• Manage physical layer connectivity through fiber optic and copper cable installation, patching, and repair.
• Provide smarthands support for RF equipment, including microwave, cellular (4G/5G), VSAT, and LoRaWAN systems.
• Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and participate in Root Cause Analysis following service disruptions.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience supporting and managing network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with switching and firewall configurations.
• Proficiency in fiber optic and copper cabling installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience maintaining WiFi and IP Telephony (IPT) systems.
• Technical knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) equipment such as microwave or cellular nodes.
• Ability to perform console-based troubleshooting and hardware visual inspections.
• Experience with IMAC activities for business LAN and voice devices.
• Familiarity with network circuit identification and demark tagging.
