What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot and support network-related issues, collaborating with remote support analysts
• Deploy and configure new network infrastructure, including physical installation and cabling
• Coordinate with vendors for fiber and copper cable installation and troubleshooting
• Support wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN technologies to ensure reliable network connectivity
• Assist with project planning and execution for infrastructure upgrades and new implementations

What's Needed?

• Experience in wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN network support
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus
