Description

You will troubleshoot network issues, deploy infrastructure, and coordinate vendor activities to ensure reliable connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in collaboration with remote support analysts.
• Deploy and configure new network infrastructure, including physical installation and cabling.
• Coordinate with vendors for fiber and copper cable installation and troubleshooting.
• Support wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN technologies to maintain reliable network connectivity.
• Assist with project planning and execution for infrastructure upgrades and new implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN network support.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
