Description

You will support and manage network infrastructure, resolving incidents and maintaining physical connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and troubleshoot networks using pings, DNS lookups, and hardware status checks.
• Perform patching, cable installation, and equipment removal or swapping for LAN and voice devices.
• Identify network circuits, tag demark locations, and provide vendor escort services.
• Execute IMAC activities for end-user devices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years experience supporting network infrastructure and related devices.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi, IP Telephony (IPT), and RF equipment.
• Experience with DNS and WAN technologies.
• Ability to perform fiber optic and copper cable installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of cellular systems including 4G LTE, 5G, NB-IIoT, LTE-M, and LoRaWAN.
• Familiarity with VSAT, microwave, and radio systems installation and repair.
• Bachelor's degree required.
