Description

You will manage daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for network systems including wireless and VoIP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks proactively to maintain stable services across multiple platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot computer networks to resolve connectivity issues.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, wireless, and VoIP operations by coordinating with hardware and software vendors.
• Utilize network management applications to identify faults and ensure consistent data and telecommunications access.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT work experience in infrastructure or network environments.
• Hands-on experience with LAN and WAN configurations.
• Experience supporting wireless and VoIP systems.
• Proficiency using network management applications for fault identification.
• Ability to work with network facility and hardware/software vendors for problem resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with VoIP system troubleshooting.
• Vendor management experience for network hardware.
