Description

You will manage L3 user accounts, oversee lab computer systems, and support domain migration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage L3 (urclab) and local non-domain user accounts.
• Oversee lab-related computer systems and current or future lab projects.
• Participate in domain migration of machines to a more secure standard domain.
• Conduct lab inventory and reconcile equipment.
• Collaborate with lab techs and vendors for technical solutions and upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network or lab technical support.
• Proficiency with Windows XP, 7, 10, and 11.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux.
• Understanding of internal versus external IP addresses.
• Troubleshooting NIC configurations.
• Familiarity with hardware components and device drivers.
• Strong documentation and research skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to read and understand scripting languages.
• Experience writing scripts.
