Description

You will own the validation and testing lifecycle for network features and products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design test network topologies to validate functionality, performance, stability, and scalability.
• Write and execute detailed test plans to verify product aspects and identify defects.
• Validate defect resolution and work with developers on automated test plans.
• Participate in functional specification and software design reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a networking industry role.
• Expertise in creating test methodologies and writing detailed test plans.
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet, RSTP/MSTP, VLANs, and IP Routing.
• Familiarity with core protocols including TCP/IP, OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP.
• Experience with IGMP and PIM SM/SSM.
• Experience working within an agile development and test team structure.
• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech degree.
