Description

You will perform network testing to validate product functionality, design test topologies, and ensure feature stability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design test network topologies to validate feature functionality, performance, stability, and scalability.
• Write and execute test plans to verify all aspects of product features and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Identify defects in software and hardware and validate their resolution through rigorous testing.
• Work with developers to create automated test plans that complement exploratory testing efforts.
• Participate in functional specification and software design reviews, providing customer-centric input.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of networking industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet, RSTP/MSTP, VLANs, and IP Routing.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, IGMP, and PIM SM/SSM.
• Experience in platform validation and L2-L3 protocols.
• Expertise in creating test methodologies and writing detailed test plans.
• Ability to work as an agile member in short development cycles.
