Description
You will manage and maintain network voice infrastructure and endpoint devices.
Responsibilities
- Manage network voice infrastructure including Cisco Voice and Contact Center environments.
- Support on-premise and cloud contact center solutions such as Amazon Connect and InContact.
- Administer MS Teams and SBC configurations.
- Maintain endpoint devices including Polycom, Cisco SPA, and ATA.
- Coordinate technical support with OEMs during technology incidents.
- Perform data center hands-on support and fleet management tasks.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and off-business hours as required.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience managing Network Voice infrastructure.
- Expertise in Cisco Voice and Voice Network management.
- Experience with MS Teams and Amazon Connect.
- Hands-on knowledge of InContact, Polycom, and SBC.
- Proficiency managing Cisco SPA and ATA endpoint devices.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Ability to perform data center physical touch/hands-on support.
- Degree in Computer Science or any graduate level qualification.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Windows PowerShell for automation.
