Description

You will implement and manage Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure, including software, services, and hardware.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and troubleshoot Cisco UC devices, voice gateways, and IP telephony systems.
• Configure and maintain Cisco CUCM, CUC, CUP, and CUBE.
• Manage Cisco Expressway for Mobile and Remote Access (MRA) and Jabber clients across Android, Windows, Mac, and iPhone.
• Resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat, escalating to Cisco TAC when necessary.
• Configure translation patterns, route patterns, call handlers, and distribution lists.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Cisco Unified Communications domain.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco CUCM, CUC, and CUP.
• Proficiency with IP Telephony protocols: SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
• Experience configuring CUBE, ISR series routers, and analog gateways.
• Knowledge of Cisco Expressway for MRA.
• Experience with CUCM integration with LDAP and Cisco Unity Connection.
• Skills in troubleshooting call routing, DTMF, and codec issues.
• Experience configuring Jabber clients on Android, Windows, and Mac.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Any Graduate).
• Experience with iPhone Jabber client configuration.
