Description

Manage and optimize large-scale Cisco voice networks and communication infrastructures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and troubleshoot complex Cisco voice networks and protocols.
• Manage day-to-day incidents and problem management functions across the team.
• Implement efficient policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for automation.
• Deliver systems and product training for both internal and external audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in voice engineering.
• Expert knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication products: CUCM (11.5+), and Cisco Emergency Responder (11.5+).
• Proficiency with SIP Trunks, E1/T1 (CAS, CCS), and FXS/FXO.
• Deep understanding of gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP, and SCCP.
• Experience with IM Presence, Jabber, and Cisco SIP/SCCP phone registration.
• Ability to analyze SIP, MGTP, and H323 logs.
• Hands-on experience configuring analog gateways and phones.
• Knowledge of UCS machines, ESXi, and CIMC.
• Troubleshooting skills in LAN, WAN, VLAN, Voice VLAN, VTP, STP, PoE, EtherChannel, and HSRP.

Preferred Skills

• CCIE Written or Lab certification.
• Experience with recording servers such as Nice Perform 4.5+ or Higher Ground.
