Description

You will manage and optimize voice infrastructure and geospatial data systems in Everett, WA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of geospatial databases for spatial data storage and retrieval.
• Analyze and interpret geospatial data to provide insights for business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data with existing business data.
• Optimize data processing workflows and implement advanced database design techniques to improve efficiency.
• Conduct quality assurance tests on geospatial databases and ensure compliance with security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in VoIP and IP telephony.
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco UC Manager (CUCM).
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) and Cisco Jabber.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology (WxC and WxCC).
• Experience with Voice IOS Gateways using H.323 and MGCP.
• Experience with Calabrio Call recording.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
