Description

You will own L3 production support for Cisco Unified Communications, ensuring high availability and resolving complex voice infrastructure issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot call routing, DTMF, codec negotiation, one-way audio, intermittent drops, PSTN reachability, and endpoint registration.
• Perform operational changes including dial plan updates, route patterns, partitions/CSS, translation patterns, device pools, and voicemail configurations.
• Drive the Incident/Problem/Change lifecycle and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors for end-to-end call flow troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with CUCM, CUC, and UCCX support.
• 5+ years of experience in network voice engineering.
• Solid understanding of SIP/RTP protocols.
• Expertise in voice routing and dial plan management.
• Ability to troubleshoot using logs and traces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PSTN connectivity and endpoint device registration issues.
