Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement voice solutions using Microsoft Teams Phone and CUCM
• Manage and configure SBCs, CUBE, PBX, SIP trunking, PSTN, POTS, ISDN30, and IPT
• Collaborate with the team to integrate voice services with Azure and SBCaaS
• Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues and provide support to end-users
• Implement and support voice recording solutions such as NICE and Genesys
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in voice services
• Participate in network infrastructure projects and provide input on voice-related aspects

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone and voice solutions
• Proficiency in Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and related technologies
• Knowledge of SBCs, CUBE, PBX, SIP trunking, PSTN, POTS, ISDN30, and IPT

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure and SBCaaS integration
• Familiarity with voice recording solutions such as NICE and Genesys
• Certifications in voice technologies or network security
