Description

Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Teams Phone and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement voice solutions using Microsoft Teams Phone and CUCM.
• Manage and configure Session Border Controllers (SBCs), CUBE, PBX, SIP trunking, PSTN, POTS, ISDN30, and IPT.
• Collaborate to integrate voice services with Azure and SBCaaS environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues, providing direct support to end-users.
• Implement and support voice recording solutions such as NICE and Genesys while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network voice engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Phone and voice solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SBCs, CUBE, PBX, SIP trunking, PSTN, POTS, and ISDN30.
• Experience with Windows Azure networking and voice integration.
• Understanding of network security principles and regulatory compliance in voice services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure and SBCaaS integration.
• Familiarity with voice recording solutions such as NICE and Genesys.
• Certifications in voice technologies or network security.
