Description

Manage and support a large-scale enterprise network environment consisting of over 2,000 devices. Design, install, and maintain network architectures including Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Meraki Wi-Fi, and Cisco ISE. Act as an escalation point for engineers and management while providing technical support to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure enterprise network architectures using Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, and Meraki.
• Support infrastructure through email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for installation, administration, and maintenance.
• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled after-hours maintenance and respond to off-hours requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise routing and switching experience.
• Mid-to-senior level experience with Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco ACI.
• Hands-on experience with Nexus, IOS, IOS-XE, and ACI switching environments.
• Proficiency in network packet analysis and enterprise network management platforms.
• Cisco CCNP or CCNP Enterprise certification (or commitment to earn it).
• Strong understanding of network and security concepts, including firewall administration and intrusion prevention.
• Ability to communicate technical status to non-technical audiences and management.
• Willingness to travel 5%-10% per month for field installs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DMVPN based on Cisco technology.
• Advanced routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and OMP.
