Description

You will manage and optimize wireless network infrastructure and RF performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site wireless surveys and RF interference assessments to optimize coverage.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Design, install, configure, and upgrade wireless controllers and access points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wireless network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with wireless controller and access point operations.
• Proficiency with Aruba wireless solutions.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with VRRP, SNMP, and STP/RSTP.
• Deep understanding of VLANs and routing protocols including ISIS, OSPF, and BGP.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP Wireless or CWNP certifications.
