Description

Own the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise wireless networks across corporate and manufacturing sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and tune Cisco 9800 WLC, Cisco 9120/9130 access points, Meraki, and Aruba platforms.
• Plan and execute large-scale wireless deployments across multiple locations.
• Perform regular network assessments and audits to optimize performance and coverage.
• Design and implement network monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reporting.
• Maintain enterprise network diagrams, documentation, and support disaster recovery planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in network infrastructure development and support.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing wireless networks in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Cisco wireless technologies, specifically Cisco 9800 WLC.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki and Aruba wireless platforms.
• Solid understanding of OSI model, packet flow, and network security protocols.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale wireless deployments across multiple locations.
• Experience with network documentation, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with disaster recovery planning and fault-tolerant network design.
• Familiarity with cloud networking solutions.
• Background in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
