Description

Develop and maintain low-level network device drivers for the Windows platform. You will build Windows device drivers and low-level IO components, debug kernel-mode code, and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement Windows device drivers and low-level IO components.
• Write functional, performance, and load tests to ensure proper code coverage.
• Define and implement development and QA processes, including version control and build systems.
• Debug kernel-mode code and profile system performance using Windows-specific tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in low-level Windows driver development.
• Expertise in C and C++ programming.
• Deep knowledge of Windows internals, kernel-mode programming, and memory management.
• Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, and HTTP.
• Hands-on experience with NDIS and WDK.
• Proficiency with WinDbg and other Windows performance profiling tools.
• Experience with Wireshark for network analysis.
• Ability to design and implement QA processes for network drivers.
• Experience using MSTest for writing tests.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
