Description

You will provide application support and resolve internal end-user issues using remote access tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user issues via remote access tools and respond to requests in the Slack channel.
• Manage user identities, access requests, and approved access through soft phone or chat modules.
• Track and escalate tickets using ServiceNow.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and tool familiarity.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of remote help desk support experience.
• Proficiency with Google Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SQL or Snowflake for data pulls and tracking.
• Experience using remote access tools.
• Fluent in English.
• High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience.

Preferred Skills

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• ITIL Certification.
• 2+ years of remote help desk support experience.
