Description

You will handle initial-level network and security operational tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform L1 networking support tasks.
• Manage network monitoring and alerting using Solarwinds.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets via ServiceNow.
• Execute basic security operational procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in L1 Networking.
• Proficiency with Solarwinds for network monitoring.
• Experience managing incidents in ServiceNow.
• Understanding of core network protocols and security basics.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a hybrid network/security environment.
