Description

Manage and optimize Cisco-based network infrastructure and enterprise server environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco switching, routing, firewalls, and DNS to optimize network performance.
• Deploy and maintain server infrastructure using VMware virtualization and execute full server builds.
• Manage F5 web application firewalls, including site setup and iRules configuration.
• Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure ADFS, and Terminal Services administration.
• Automate administrative tasks such as onboarding, off-boarding, and server management using PowerShell.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network and system administration.
• In-depth knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
• Strong expertise in Cisco networking (switching, routing, and firewalls).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and SSO management.
• Hands-on experience with web server administration and certificate management.
• Experience managing SFTP servers and Terminal Services.
• Proficiency with system monitoring tools like What's Up Gold (WUG) or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCCM for patch automation.
