Design and deliver automated infrastructure solutions for Windows and Linux environments, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical blueprints, reference models, and deployment playbooks.
• Develop automation tools and workflows using PowerShell, Python, and shell scripting to eliminate manual processes.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of third-party products and validate reference models for fitness of purpose.
• Integrate provisioning workflows with virtualization, networking, identity, and monitoring systems.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in platform, systems, or infrastructure engineering with a focus on automation.
• Strong Windows or Linux Server administration (OS config, patching, roles, networking, storage, security).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible or similar orchestration tools.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash for building maintainable automation tools.
• Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with VMware and virtualization platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Linux scripting and automation for large-scale cloud deployments.
• API development using Swagger and WebAPI.
