Description

Manage network infrastructure and provide technical support for connectivity and security systems. Maintain organized documentation for all configurations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot networking hardware, including switches and firewalls.
• Document all network and system configurations to ensure accuracy.
• Handle multiple support cases while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain network topology and cabling standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with networking, operating systems, and system firewalls.
• 3+ years of experience with switches, anti-virus, and back-up technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with network cabling, classification, and topology.
• 3+ years of experience with at least one vendor: Juniper, VMWare, Microsoft, or Cisco.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Strong communication and client-facing support skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VOIP technologies.
• Experience working in a NOC environment.
