Description

You will manage network infrastructure, connectivity, and telecommunications support systems in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network cabling, classification, and topology.
• Monitor and support systems including firewalls, switches, and backups.
• Handle multiple support cases while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain organized technical documentation through clear writing.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Juniper, VMware, Microsoft, or Cisco products.
• Deep understanding of operating systems, networking, and anti-virus technologies.
• Hands-on experience with systems firewalls and switches.
• Practical knowledge of network cabling and topology.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a NOC environment.
• Knowledge of VOIP technologies.
