Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing large-scale accounts across IT and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients across IT, Non-IT, Professional, and Engineering sectors.
  • Secure new business opportunities for Contract/Perm placements, Managed Services, SOW, and Hire/Train/Deploy (HTD) models.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and provide account management support for high-volume requirements.
  • Deliver year-over-year growth through strategic account management and client acquisition.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in new business development and account management.
  • Proven track record of managing SI, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
  • Technical knowledge of Java, .NET, C#, Python, Scala, JEE, .NET Core, Angular, ReactJS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with stakeholders including Delivery Leaders and Business Leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and attend technology and client networking events.
