Description

You will drive the transition of new products from design to manufacturing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design engineers to interpret product specifications and requirements.
• Provide feedback on design for manufacturability (DFM) to optimize production.
• Suggest design improvements to streamline the assembly process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues arising during the NPI phase.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in NPI engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the drone or aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
• Practical application of DFM principles.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
