Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain New Relic agents across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Use NRQL to query logs and metrics, and build performance dashboards for operational visibility.
• Develop synthetic monitoring scripts and configure thresholds for proactive alerting.
• Integrate New Relic with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and AIOps workflows.
• Manage data partitions, log parsing, and log obfuscation within the New Relic platform.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Linux administration and observability/platform monitoring.
• New Relic agent deployment and configuration in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid setups.
• NRQL-based querying and dashboard creation for performance monitoring.
• Synthetic monitoring configuration, including scripting and alert threshold management.

Good to Have:

• Additional Linux experience (linux) for deeper operational support.

Education: B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Computer Application, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
