Description

You will lead an SRE team focused on system reliability, performance, and scalability within a distributed environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a team of SREs, setting technical goals and driving best practices.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of high-availability systems and performance monitoring.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and refine incident response processes.
• Deploy and manage observability tools like New Relic to develop dashboards and alerts.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SRE or related technical leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of Java-based applications, Spring Boot services, and Kafka message brokers.
• Proficiency with automation tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with New Relic for system observability.
• Experience optimizing SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and network infrastructure including load balancers and firewalls.
• Experience integrating SAP modules with custom applications or microservices architectures.
