Description

You will manage and optimize the Nexthink experience through feature implementation and telemetry analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate front-end and back-end Nexthink features.
• Perform baseline analysis using Nexthink telemetry data to identify environment gaps.
• Create custom dashboards, investigations, alerts, and trend monitors.
• Build custom remote actions using PowerShell scripting standards and error handling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting with robust error handling.
• Proficiency in SQL stored procedures and database management.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Windows operating system issues.
• Experience with Windows and macOS platforms.
• Ability to perform deep-dive investigations using telemetry data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting specific Nexthink components.
