Description

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing independent technical support and maintenance for production and development systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure services across platforms and implement technology at the operating system level.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing L1 and L2 support.
• Collaborate with software vendors and brands to resolve technical problems.
• Identify automation opportunities and use cases beyond regular operational activities.

Required Skills

• SME-level proficiency in NEXThink.
• SME-level proficiency in Intune.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or engineering.
• L1 and L2 troubleshooting expertise.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to solve complex work-related problems independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or Absyss Visual TOM.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
