• Conduct training sessions and workshops for IT staff on Nexthink functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Skills Required:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Nexthink solution development and configuration
• PowerShell scripting for automation and operational workflows
• Data analysis of end-user experience metrics to drive improvements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
