You design and implement Nexthink solutions to optimize end-user experience and IT operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Nexthink solutions to enhance IT operational efficiency.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate system processes and workflows.
• Analyze end-user experience data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Conduct training sessions for IT staff on Nexthink functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT operations or support.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Nexthink solution development and configuration.
• Ability to analyze data metrics related to end-user experience.
• Proven ability to deliver technical training to IT staff.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
