Description

Lead non-functional testing efforts, focusing on planning, design, and execution of test scenarios to mitigate technical risks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute non-functional automation procedures, scripts, and utilities to ensure full coverage.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate issues related to performance, reliability, stability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations engineers to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and review test solutions, providing recommendations for system optimization, sizing, and architecture.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for identified problems and act as the technical interface to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of experience in non-functional testing or software development.
• Expertise with LoadRunner and Performance Center.
• Experience with Dynatrace and HPD.
• Proficiency in mobile device testing using Mobile Center.
• Experience working with Jenkins pipelines and Lighthouse for Digital User Experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and requirements.
• Ability to define non-functional requirements and test execution plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud, Microservices, Digital Apps, and Telecommunications.
