You will lead testing efforts for Next Gen group migrations and ACA Gap Analysis within a healthcare environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and lines of business including Medicare, ACA, HMO, and PPO.
• Direct testing scope and decision-making for critical workflows such as enrollment, membership, billing, and claims.
• Drive project delivery by managing onshore and offshore teams.
• Oversee file transfers and perform hands-on inspection of healthcare data files.
• Validate EDI transactions and data flow through healthcare business domains.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare domain testing and leadership.
• Deep functional knowledge of enrollment, benefits, billing, and claims workflows.
• Experience managing group migrations and ACA Gap Analysis.
• Practical understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Hands-on experience with EDI transactions and healthcare data flows.
• Proven ability in test coordination and managing multiple workstreams.
• Experience working within Medicare, ACA, HMO, and PPO lines of business.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Bluecard (BCBSA) processes.
• Experience with Data/ETL processes.
