Description

Develop microservices-based applications and manage cloud deployment within a global team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design prototypes and implement new software functions.
• Perform requirement analysis and write unit tests.
• Manage cloud deployment and testing workflows.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring schedule and quality standards are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java 8, J2EE, JTA, and JMS.
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Eureka, and Spring Integration.
• Experience with Hibernate and NoSQL databases.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployment.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Version control proficiency with GitHub or Git.
• Competency in testing tools such as JUnit, PMD, and FindBugs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of design patterns and the retail industry domain.
• Japanese language skills.
