Description

You will own the remote implementation, configuration, and integration of the NICE platform as part of the delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Install and integrate NICE software solutions remotely following defined methodologies and system requirements.
• Ensure all technical architecture components are properly integrated and implemented.
• Communicate and reconcile design flaws identified during the delivery process.
• Assist customers and vendors with configuration requirements for all NICE integration points.
• Conduct systems testing for performance and reliability while documenting resolutions in the knowledge base.
• Manage technical quality control and provide application overviews throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation or professional services.
• Microsoft Windows Server installation and configuration, including IIS.
• Microsoft Security expertise covering Active Directory, security policies, hardening, and encryption.
• SQL Server administration, including user provisioning, maintenance jobs, and backup/restore procedures.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, updates, deletes, and utilizing temp tables.
• Ability to diagnose issues using SQL Profiler, Activity Monitor, and Resource Management.
• Understanding of relational vs. dimensional database structures and ETL concepts.
• Network principles including the 7-layer OSI model, TCP, UDP, and troubleshooting with sniffers.
• Experience with network devices such as NICs, switches, routers, and MPLS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MDC, LDAP, SSO, ACD, DB migrations, Disaster Recovery, or HA solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, HP, Dell, VMWare, Citrix, or CCNA certifications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
