Responsibilities

• Design and implement contact center solutions using NICE CXone.
• Develop IVR (Studio) logic and routing configurations.
• Integrate digital channels into the CXone environment.
• Develop scripts and implement solutions using required languages.

Required Skills

• Experience with NICE CXone platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or .NET).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Knowledge of APIs and Webservices.
• Experience with Integrations.
