Description

You design and implement contact center solutions using the NICE CXone platform. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end contact center solutions on NICE CXone.
• Develop IVR logic using Studio and configure routing rules.
• Integrate digital communication channels into the CXone environment.
• Write and deploy solution scripts using JavaScript, Python, or .NET.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with the NICE CXone platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
• Experience integrating CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and web services.
• Proven track record with system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 1+ years of tenure in similar contact center development roles.
