Description

You will design and implement advanced contact center solutions using NICE CXone, acting as the subject matter expert for solution design and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IVR call flows, chat solutions, and omni-channel implementations (Voice, Chat, Email, SMS).
• Migrate IVR campaigns from legacy platforms to NICE CXone.
• Implement API integrations and web services to connect contact center components.
• Handle release planning, deployment, and production support for contact center applications.
• Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure solution viability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience with NICE CXone architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in NICE CXone components: ACD, IVR, Studio, and Omni-channel capabilities.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Strong experience in API integration, web services, and cloud platform deployment.
• Proven track record of migrating legacy contact center solutions to modern CXone environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
