Description

You will manage and maintain Apache NiFi clusters across Hadoop, EC2, and Kubernetes environments, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain NiFi clusters to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines, workflows, and processing tasks.
• Monitor system performance and capacity to conduct proactive tuning and scaling.
• Implement security protocols, access controls, and data governance policies.
• Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Hadoop/NiFi Administrator in large-scale environments.
• Deep understanding of Apache NiFi and Hadoop ecosystem components (HDFS).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Kubernetes operators, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, client scripting, and Java.
• Strong knowledge of AWS (EC2), networking, virtualization, and Docker.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate technical concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Kubernetes Admin, Hadoop, or NiFi.
