Description

You will ensure software quality and reliability through manual and automated testing methodologies. You own the testing lifecycle from test case design to defect resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of software applications to identify bugs and defects.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
  • Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Document and track software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve reported issues.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in manual testing and test case design.
  • Solid experience in automated testing using Playwright.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of telecom/cable industry processes and systems.
