Description

You will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business vision into functional application requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, process flows, and use cases into functional software requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Lead System Architects to chart business and technical strategies.
• Manage functional requirements throughout the SDLC and facilitate backlog reviews with Product Managers.
• Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing and test case documentation.
• Create wireframe designs, publish release notes, and develop solution training materials.
• Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis and use case development.
• Experience managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Proven background in requirements gathering, tracking, and analysis.
• Experience working within an Agile software development environment.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and change management.
• Ability to document functional designs, test cases, and training materials.
• Experience with configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• PEGA Business Architect Certification.
• IT technical background.
