Description

You will translate business vision into functional Pega application requirements, acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, process flows, and use cases into functional software requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Lead System Architects to define business and technical strategies.
• Manage functional requirements throughout the SDLC and facilitate backlog reviews with Product Managers.
• Define solution acceptance criteria, create wireframe designs, and develop solution training materials.
• Participate in Agile sprints and assist in software testing and test case documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and use case development.
• Proven background in requirements gathering, tracking, and analysis.
• Experience managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and change management.
• Experience with configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level.
• Experience working within an Agile software development environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• PEGA Business Architect Certification.
• IT technical background.
