Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms to solve complex business problems. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML models, including NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for models.
• Evaluate and optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Expertise in data analysis using Pandas or NumPy.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI and Prompt engineering.
