Description

Design and implement NLP models to power an AI-driven search engine. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement NLP models to improve search relevance and natural language understanding.
• Build scalable NLP solutions in collaboration with the development team.
• Research, evaluate, and implement modern NLP techniques and tools.
• Develop systems to support AI-driven search functionality.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Experience with pre-training and fine-tuning language models.
• Familiarity with Transformer architecture, OpenAI, and open-source LLMs.
• Knowledge of word embeddings, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and text classification.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or spaCy.
• Knowledge of search and recommendation algorithms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
