You will focus on the functional design and technical implementation of BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into functional design specifications.
- Execute build activities and perform unit testing.
- Provide bug fix support during the system testing phase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective technical solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
- Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Experience with Functional Design Specification (FDS).
- Hands-on experience with Unit Testing and bug fixing.
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to provide technical support to clients.
- Any Graduate degree.
