Description

You will own the functional design and technical implementation of BMC Helix ITSM solutions, translating requirements into functional design specifications and executing build activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional design specifications.
• Execute build activities and perform comprehensive unit testing.
• Provide bug fix support during the system testing phase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Deliver technical support to clients and ensure ITIL process alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
• Experience creating and managing Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
• Hands-on experience with Unit Testing and bug fixing.
• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Ability to provide clear technical support to clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration in enterprise environments.
• Background in translating complex requirements into technical designs.
